Body and Chassis
Our restoration process begins by separating the body from the chassis. This allows us to access every area properly and ensure each component is treated, protected, and prepared to the highest standard before paint.
We offer a full respray in any color, with metallic and non-metallic finishes available.
Most of our Defenders are converted to a soft top configuration, as is common with these vehicles. We fit Exmoor Trim soft tops - widely regarded as the best in the business - and install heavy-duty roll bars to enhance safety
Interior
To enhance refinement, every panel is sound-deadened to reduce vibration and road noise, creating a quieter, more comfortable cabin.
We also offer the option of installing a discreet HVAC system, providing cooling in summer and warmth in winter for true year-round drivability.
Every Sankaku is finished with a full leather interior, tailored to your preferences—from color and stitching to materials and trim. Each interior is hand-stitched by the best in the business for a truly bespoke result.
The floor is either finished with Exmoor trim full rubber mat sets or Lucari solutions carpet sets
To complete the build, we install a high-end sound system as standard. If requested, we can also fit a CarPlay-enabled screen.
Engine and drivetrain
Engine options for these builds are the 300Tdi or the Td5. With ECU tuning and upgraded intake components such as a larger intercooler and turbo the Td5 can reach up to 250 hp.
With great power comes great responsibility, so we match performance gains with upgraded brakes, suspension, and steering, alongside many other supporting components.
